Project Analysis Phase by Phase For Determination of the Scope of Design Professional's Services. Review of Third Party Beneficiary Law - Liability To those Not A Party To the Contract. Use of Exculpatory Clauses Attempting to Limit the Design Professional's Overall Liability.   Court Case Analysis.
